Our 21st birthday celebration weekend

To mark the 21st anniversary of our club, we celebrated with a party at the ‘legendary’ Sink club in Liverpool City Center (AKA The Magnet) a great night was had by all, with well over one hundred guests. On Sunday 20th August we held a ‘Grand ride’ through our city taking in all the sights before finishing off with food and festivities at the Alder Sports Club just off Queens Drive.

A Thank you note from Ernie:

I would just like to say a great big thank you to everyone who helped to make our club 21st celebration a great success. Too many to name Individually but they know who they are! A big thank you to the guys and girls at the Sink Club and Paul and all the staff at the Alder Sports Club. A great time was had by all and on the Saturday we had folk from as far a Ireland, Portsmouth, Newcastle and Northamptonshire. (we must be doing something right!)  Sundays rideout was also a big success riding past our two cathedrals, two Premier football grounds and a few more famous Liverpool landmarks as well before arriving at the Alder Sports Club for an afternoon of good music and good food, a custom show and raffle, all washed down with a couple of drinks! I’d also like to thank Derry Keen and all at Franklyn Motors for being our main sponsors and for providing some of our great raffle prizes. So a big thank you to everyone who made the effort, making it a celebration weekend to remember! – El Presidente.
