After meeting up at Morrisons car park in Speke, we set off just after 11am for the ride to the City Airport in Barton, Eccles. Our route took us on the A roads A562 and A57 and some 25miles later we arrived at the airport around midday. The weather was hot and sunny, so after parking up we got some refreshments from the bar/cafe and chilled out on the garden area. About 20 minutes later a few more scooters arrived from Warrington Two tone S.C and Salford knights S.C. We spent the next hour or so talking and taking in the relaxed atmosphere of our surroundings before setting off for the ride home. Everyone seemed to be very happy with the chosen venue!
