Dave & Di’s Tuesday Ride to the Vale Royal Abbey Arms.After meeting up with Rooster at Everite road, we made the trip over the new bridge to The Texaco garage in Frodsham to meet up with a few souls from Runcorn SC. Then on through a wet Delamere, arriving at the pub a few minutes before 20:00. The main body of scooterists arrivied about 10 minutes later and all fairly wet! There was a good turn out of 31 scooters, not bad for a wet and windy night. By 21.15 all had left for home, that is except for Me and Rooster. We both had a good natter with one of the bar staff, finally leaving about 10.15. (L.O.T.L) By now the rain was quite heavy with strong winds and with unlit roads getting to Frodsham was quite hairy at times! then over the bridge back home.A good night overall considering the weather conditions.Ernie.
