LSC Donation to The Marie Curie Hospice Centre Liverpool 06.02.20
Thursday 6th February 2020 – Cheque presentation day at The Marie Curie Hospice Centre Woolton, Liverpool.
Doddy’s Diddymen are back!
After meeting up with Mike, Richie, Geoff and Ken (Cloud9) at the Childwall Five Ways pub car park, We made the short ride to the Hospice in Woolton village to join Billy and Jeanette, before meeting with Julie Zafari the funding administrator and a few of the hospice nurses. Julie took charge of organising the photography including issuing us all with the daffodil Diddymen hats!
A cheque for the sum of £250 was handed over to the Hospice. Julie and the staff were really grateful, as they said every penny does really help. All donations made to the hospice from Merseyside with an ‘L’ postcode goes directly to running this amazing place.
